Lisa
Carter is a nationally recognized presenter, Keynote speaker,
educational consultant and author. For over two decades, Lisa
has devoted her energy and interest working to help teachers and
administrators ensure quality educational opportunities for all
students. Lisa began her career as an elementary school teacher
in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She has served as an
administrator at both the elementary and secondary level and has
worked in rural and urban schools.
In recent years, Lisa helped to establish and served as
Executive Director and Lead Trainer for the Mayerson Academy
for Human Resource Development in Cincinnati, Ohio. The
Mayerson Academy is nationally recognized for its
outstanding work in the professional development of teachers and
administrators. Today, Lisa consults nationally with state
departments, school districts and individual schools that are
interested in improving in the areas of effective schools,
effective teaching, leadership development and Total
Instructional Alignment.
