Community Chapel Church was founded in 1957 against a backdrop of woods and dirt roads off of old Camden Road.  In 1963, a new sanctuary was built onto the front of the church making the main building of the church as it sits today.  We have since added an attached fellowship hall that now houses many of our youth activities and church fellowship events.

Over the years, the area has grown up around us - a neighborhood sits where the pinewoods once stood proudly as a backdrop for our church, the little country store has long since been but a distant memory, and next up is a planned four-lane highway where the old country road used to bend. Through it all the little white church on the corner has remained, and the people of Community Chapel today remain unchanged in our quest to serve the Lord, to bring others to our Savior and to follow His Word.
