Scotty Sweatt, President and Co-founder of The Little Guy, LLC and Oikos Communications provides vision and direction for the company and takes a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach to operations.

Scotty pulls from his background and education in law enformcement, emergency services and military operations as well as years of experience with instructional / educational environments, community relations and non-profit organizations to set the course for bringing all that technology has to offer to "The Little Guy", ensuring that those who have the most to gain from technology have it at their disposal and have creative funding solutions available to fit their needs.

Scotty has been Certified as a Tandberg, Now Part of Cisco TAP Certified Technician . Scotty is an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, a youth lay-minister at Community Chapel Chruch and sits on the Board of Directors and serves as Technology Advisor to the Friends of Hope Mills Lake, Inc.

Donna Sweatt,

Executive Vice-President, CFO

Donna Sweatt, Executive Vice-President and Co-founder of The Little Guy, LLC and Oikos Communications is the glue that holds things together and provides operational cohesivness through-out both sides of the company.

Donna's years of experience in administrative management operations, financial management, receiving, customer service and problem solving give her a unique perspective and the organizational skills to tackle any problem head-on.

Donna has been Certified as a Tandberg, Now Part of Cisco TAP Certified Technician. While not directly involved in installations and service, Donna's technical certification provides the hands-on management style that has shaped the culture of the company. This allows her to make better, more customer-centered needs-based referrals to customer issues and get them properly directed to where they need to be.

Donna serves as Youth Services Coordinator at Community Chapel Church, volunteers at area K-12 schools and participates in numerous community and non-profit activities.

Dr. George H. Ellis, III,

Education / Instructional Specialist, E-rate Coordinator, Account Executive

Dr. George H. Ellis, III provides the OikCom family with the unique and valuable insight into what's needed, what's cost effective and what works in education that can only be obtained from an insider's view.

As a retired educator, Dr. Ellis has over 30 years experience that has included teaching, coaching, school level and central office level administration. George retired while holding the position of Executive Director of High School Education in Cumberland County Schools in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

His vast experience and network of the educators he has worked with over the years makes Dr. Ellis a valuable asset to our team. He has received training in assisting K-12 schools and libraries with utilizing E-rate funding assistance to provide video solutions. He is currently working on projects that utilize video to improve literacy comprehension and test scores, address curriculum reform as it relates to the adoption of the new Common Core Standards as well as increased access to quality staff development in a way that is both more productive and cost effective.
